What is a basket auction?
A basket auction is a fun way for the PTA to collect donations to fund purchases that directly benefit your child, such as educational class trips, assemblies, classroom activities, books, and supplies. Also known as a "tricky tray", a basket auction involves having several tiers of themed baskets full of prizes. These baskets are then auctioned off in a raffle where participants distribute purchased tickets into their desired basket(s) raffle. At the end of the night, a random ticket is chosen for each basket to declare the winner.
Our basket auction also includes additional activities such as a 50/50 raffle, a full cash bar, music, and more (proceeds going back to the PTAs).
All Pre-k Classes (Caldwell, Sandmeier & Walton)

Grades K-5
What do I need to do?
Each classroom (or grade level) will assemble a themed basket via monetary (or material) donations. Since the schools have begun incorporating classes of all elementary levels, we've been intentional in our requests for each school and grade level:
Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and 2nd Grade:
Caldwell and Sandmeier - each grade will collaborate on one single basket
Walton - each class will produce their own individual baskets
3rd, 4th, and 5th:
Caldwell and Sandmeier - each grade will collaborate on one single basket
Walton - each class will produce their own individual baskets
